Microtimes Service Agreement


Welcome to Microtimes. This document contains the Terms and Conditions, forming the Service Agreement that governs your relationship with Microtimes, a trading name used by Bestlink Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These provisions stipulate the rights and duties of all parties related to the use of our service.

The use of our service is subject to your agreement and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. They are applicable to all – visitors, users, or any other party – who access or make use of the service. The website features the trading name “Microtimes” prominently in its logo, branding, and domain name (e.g., www.microtimes.co.uk).

By interacting with our service, you consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree with any section of these Terms and Conditions, your access to our service is disallowed.

In addition, we cannot be held liable for any harm or loss incurred, either directly or indirectly, due to the use of or reliance on such content, goods, or services obtainable on or via these websites or services.

Account Suspension and Termination

Microtimes reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, most importantly if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your rights to use the Service will terminate immediately.

Alterations to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend or replace these Terms at any given time. If the revisions are substantial, we pledge to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to the new terms coming into force. The decision of what constitutes a significant change will rest solely at our discretion.

By persisting in accessing or using our service after revisions have been implemented, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you object to the new terms, wholly or partially, we request that you stop using our website and the service.

Microtimes (also referred to as “We”, “Us” or “Our”) stands for Bestlink Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Microtimes.

Goods refer to the various products that are available for purchase through our Service.

Orders symbolise the formal request placed by you for purchasing Goods from us.

Service corresponds to our Website.

Website denotes Microtimes, which can be accessed at microtimes.co.uk.

You represent the individual who is accessing or utilising our Service, or a company, or any other legal entity on behalf of which such an individual is accessing or utilising the Service, as applicable.


Guidance provided by representatives or employees of our company during telephone/internet/email transactions is wholly dependent upon the information provided by the customer.

Any advice issued following visual inspection by team members of our company is merely opinion and Microtimes.co.uk shall not be held accountable for any inaccuracies.

In the event that goods purchased are alleged to be defective, the customer agrees to return such goods to us for examination and assessment (prior to Microtimes.co.uk replacing the said goods). The customer acknowledges that it is reasonable for us to inspect, repair or replace (at our discretion) such defective goods and permit manufacturers to carry out inspections to facilitate production modifications.

The customer also agrees that it is reasonable to notify Microtimes.co.uk of any issue, defect or failure prior to engaging third parties and incurring costs, and furthermore, to allow Microtimes.co.uk to rectify the issue.

Payment Terms

Price quotations are given under the presumption that there will be no price alterations by the manufacturer/importer and that Government charges remain constant. In the event of such changes, the price for orders placed prior to the changes will remain unaffected.


Microtimes.co.uk reserves the right to correct any technical or clerical errors in any order without prior notification. Furthermore, the customer should ensure that all details within the order are accurate, and Microtimes.co.uk will not accept liability for any inaccuracies.

Refurbished Goods

Refurbished goods come with a 28-day warranty. Should the item fail, become defective or interrupt after the said period, it will not be eligible for a replacement or repair. Technical support from Microtimes.co.uk representatives remains available after the 28 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The Goods were purchased within the last 28 days.
The Goods are in the original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:

Goods made to your specifications or personalised.
Goods modified or personalised by you.
Goods that have been opened or internally tampered with.
Goods with broken warranty seals; internally for cameras, externally for recorders such as DVR/NVR/XVR.
Microtimes.co.uk reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your Order within 28 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation deadline is 28 days from the date you received the Goods or from the date a third party you appoint, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancellation, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Return of Goods

You bear the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us until the Goods returned are found to be faulty. You should contact us to receive a returns authorisation number. You can inform us of your decision by:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable delivery service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Return Postage Conditions

Goods returned using expedited or special delivery will have a refund cap of £7.00.
Larger items or parcels can be negotiated with customer services.
Receipt of postage paid will need to be provided for reimbursing of postage cost.

The following conditions will not be entitled to reimbursement:

The return of goods not found faulty.
The return of goods without the RTN number or returns authorisation.
The return of goods that have been damaged accidentally/intentionally or found faulty due to misuse.

We reserve the right to inspect goods before finalising an exchange or refund. Inspections will be conducted by our technicians who are familiar with the Goods provided. Any external inspection will only be accepted with an official inspection report and documentation, including the organisation providing the service.

Inspections may take up to 5 working days.
Inspections taking longer than 5 days will be communicated to you.
Returns are processed in order of arrival, and we do not offer an expedited return service.


By making a purchase from microtimes.co.uk, you hereby agree to and accept the following warranty terms. All products purchased through our online store come with a one-year warranty, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that may occur during the warranty period, under normal use and in compliance with the provided guidelines. The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser. In the event of a warranty claim, proof of purchase must be provided. Microtimes.co.uk reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from unauthorised repairs, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or alterations to the product.


All shipments are to the UK mainland ONLY.

Orders placed after 3 PM will be dispatched the next working day. We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail or DPD courier. All available delivery options will be provided at the online checkout.

1st Class Royal Mail – 1 – 2 working days after dispatch
2nd Class Royal Mail – 3 – 5 working days after dispatch
Royal Mail Special next day delivery – delivered next working day before 1 PM after dispatch
DPD – next working day delivery

Some areas may have service and coverage limitations for next-day deliveries. The areas affected will have one of the following postcodes –

Expected Delivery Time

Items ordered before 3 PM on a working day will be delivered by the next working day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be dispatched the following working day and will arrive 2 working days after the initial order date. The courier service will notify you of the delivery time upon providing contact information.
