At Microtimes, we value your satisfaction. We aim to make our returns and cancellations process as transparent and effortless as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

You have the right to cancel your order within 28 days without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear statement to We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation request.

To be eligible for a return, the goods must be:

Purchased within the last 28 days.
In their original packaging.
Please note that goods made to your specifications, personalised, modified by yourself, or where the warranty seals have been broken cannot be returned.

Please contact us at to receive a return authorisation number before sending the goods back. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment, and we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

Return Inspection:
We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before processing a refund or exchange. This inspection can take up to 5 working days. We will inform you if the inspection is expected to take longer.

Refurbished Goods:
All refurbished goods come with a 28-day warranty. If the item fails or becomes defective after this period, it is not eligible for replacement or repair. However, we continue to provide technical support for these items.

Return Postage:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us until the goods are found to be faulty. Please note that the refund for goods returned using expedited or special delivery will be capped at £7.00. Larger items or parcels can be negotiated with our customer services. A receipt of postage paid will need to be provided for reimbursement of postage costs.
